Barça to Host Historic Game at Upgraded Camp Nou on Saturday
The club confirmed they are set to host at the partially upgraded Camp Nou on Saturday. They will welcome Athletic Bilbao in the Spanish league two and a half years following their departure so building work could begin.

The stadium will not be at full capacity with 45,401 fans will be allowed to watch based on approved permits. When completed, the stadium’s capacity will reach close to 105,000 fans, a rise from the old capacity. Officials confirmed recent additions comprise an updated entryway for the team and new dressing rooms.
Preparatory Events
The club conducted a fan-accessible workout on the home pitch in early November. Officials stated approval is being pursued by UEFA for their upcoming Champions League fixture versus the German side on 9 December at Camp Nou. They have been hosting matches in the temporary ground.
